Our charcoal grilled skewers mainly use pork from Okinawa Prefecture.We also have grilled chicken and vegetable skewers.You can choose the flavor of your skewers from salt, sauce, or garlic sauce, and our skewers come with pickled ginger miso.You can eat it on a skewer, or you can eat it as a palate cleanser after eating grilled skewers, similar to the way you would eat ginger at a sushi restaurant.

The soup stock we serve is based on bonito, the same stock used in Okinawa soba.There is an item on the menu called "Dashi," which is served in a teapot and can be enjoyed as a chaser or palate cleanser.We also offer dashi udon and dashi chazuke, which use this dashi.
